Lucie Collins Black is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in 1985 and her Masters of Science in Educational Psychology at Baylor University in 1999.

During her public school teaching career, Lucie served as a second grade classroom teacher, a life skills classroom teacher and an intermediate and junior high school counselor.  She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004.

Lucie is also a EMDR certified therapist through Emdria since 2024.
