Amy Donahue, LPC
Amy is a therapist with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services in outpatient and in-home settings. She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all stages of life, helping clients navigate the challenges that arise from trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
Her approach is compassionate, creative, and grounded in human connection. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process where healing begins with trust. She meets clients where they are, and together we use the therapy space to better understand their lived experience, emotional patterns, and the impact of the past on the present.
