Dr. Donner has a Ph.D in Counseling Psychology from Texas Tech University and is a licensed psychologist in Texas and Kansas. He is experienced in psychological assessment including diagnosis assessment and physical violence risk assessment. He works with adults, older adults, veterans, and people involved with the criminal justice system.
