Roger Copeland, Psy.D., LPC-S

Dr. Copeland holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology. He has been licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) in the state of Texas for over 14 years. He has provided psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults in an individual setting in addition to helping clients in couples, family and group counseling.

Dr. Copeland’s many years of experience in both counseling and clinical settings has broad reach, including drug and alcohol treatment, juvenile probation, group home supervision and counseling, mobile assessments, psychological evaluations, psychiatric mental illness, college students counseling and advising, couples’ seminars and workshops, Christian counseling and men’s issues.

Along with his counseling experience, he has conducted hundreds of psychological evaluations using a multitude of psychometric instruments. As an LPC Supervisor, Dr. Copeland has enjoyed providing supervision and training to many practicum students and Licensed Professional Counselor Associates in pursuit of their full licensure.

Outside of his counseling role, Dr. Copeland is a full-time professor at Dallas College and Navy veteran who enjoys tinkering in his home shop. He has been married to his bride for over 26 years and has two adult sons.
