Dr. Heather L Holder, Psy.D., ABPP

Dr. Heather L Holder, Psy.D., ABPP received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Baylor University in 2007 and completed internship at Arizona State Hospital in Phoenix.

She has over 14 years of experience in forensic psychology and has been board certified in forensic psychology since April 2015. She is currently a psychologist and unit director for a 40-bed adult forensic unit at San Antonio State Hospital and also has a part-time private practice completing consultations and assessments for the criminal justice system on youth and adults.

She worked at University Health System—Detention Health Care Services in San Antonio, Texas for 9 years, serving first as a staff psychologist, then director of psychological services, and completed a wide variety of forensic evaluations of juveniles. She has also worked at Bexar County Juvenile Probation  as a psychologist and internship training director.
