COVID PROTOCOLS

Due to the recent rise in COVID cases we want to ensure to keep everyone safe and healthy.

 

During this time of uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus and its effects, we at Philip R. Taft and Associates want to honor your comfort and authority regarding decisions to attend therapy sessions. 

 

 Please know that our therapists will be continuing to regularly schedule sessions. However, we will carefully observe all precautions to limit exposure to all airborne viruses. These precautions include making available hand sanitizer in the lobby and bathroom areas, keeping a safe distance between each other, refraining from hugging and handshaking, regular use of hand sanitizer and/or handwashing, and staying home when symptoms of illness arise. 

 

 You will not be charged for cancellations given prior to 24 hours of your session. However, if you have a COVID positive test or illness within 24 hours of your session please contact our office and let us know immediately. If we can fill your session with another client, you will not be charged. Or you may opt to have a phone session or a telehealth session in place of your face-to-face session.

 

Regarding attendance to therapy, you may have your regular face-to-face session, or you may arrange for a telephone or online session. If you would like a telephone or online session, please know that you must contact the office and get that preapproved through insurance as some insurance companies do not pay for this service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office, and speak with the office manager, Alyssa Reyes, or the practice manager, Brandi Read.
